What is athleticism? It’s the physical qualities that are characteristic of an individual.

Agility - the ability to be agile on one's feet and move rapidly from one movement pattern to another.
Aerobic capacity - the maximum amount of physical work that can be measured by a person's oxygen consumption.
Anaerobic capacity - maximum work done during short-term physical effort of high-intensity.
Balance and Coordination - the ability to perform movements with precision and grace.
Mental flexibility - the ability to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Mobility - flexibility in motion, range of motion through muscles and joints.
Power - Ability to generate maximum force in minimum time.
speed - the ability to reduce the cycle time for a given movement.
Stability - the ability to prevent motion in one part of the body from causing motion in another, thus protecting vulnerable areas.
strength - the ability to create force.
